Cody is an Iowa-based wedding photographer who has been photographing weddings for fifteen years, working with over 400 couples all over the world. Some of the places he has traveled to for weddings or sessions with couples include Ireland, Iceland, Mexico, and much of the Caribbean. He has also worked with couples in locations across the US, such as the Tetons, Yosemite, Times Square, upper New York state, Washington DC, Michigan, Florida, Arizona, Pennsylvania, North and South Carolina, and throughout Colorado.

His reply when someone asks about his life making a living as a wedding photographer:

“I’m living the dream.”

Still a very active and in-demand wedding photographer, Cody now spends some of his time passing on this dream to other wedding photographers and to people wanting to be wedding photographers through mentoring and his education website, Lemonade Weddings. Having started his career from scratch and mostly self-taught, he hopes to help others begin, grow, and succeed at being wedding photographers.
